No. Google review support is included in both paid plans. Basic support is in Onyx Salon OS, and full management is in Onyx Salon OS + Front Desk. Google Ads is a separate add-on ($149/month plus an ad budget paid directly to Google).
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Yearly plans save exactly 2 months and renew every year. Either way, your data is yours — full export, never held hostage.
Those are Stripe's fees, not ours. Standard rate: 2.9% + 30¢ for in-person cards via Tap to Pay or the Stripe Reader S700. Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App have no processing fees — we never touch that money.
An iPad or laptop for the front desk, and an iPhone (any model that supports Tap to Pay) for in-person cards. That's it. If you'd rather have a dedicated card reader, the Stripe Reader S700 works right out of the box.
